Terms of service
These terms describe the service we provide, what you instruct us to do, and the limits of our responsibility.
The service
We act as an independent agent. When you complete checkout, you instruct us to arrange the selected road product for the vehicle and validity period you specified. We are not the issuer of that road product.
Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the licence plate, registration country and start date you provide. A vignette registered against an incorrect plate may be unusable, and we ask you to confirm these details explicitly before payment.
Fees
Your total consists of the official road fee and our service fee, both shown separately before payment. The official fee is passed through to the road operator; our service fee is the consideration for our service.
If we cannot fulfil your order
If we cannot arrange the product, we will contact you and refund the amount paid in accordance with our refund policy.
